Hello,

I'm having trouble with retrieving/creating a new password.

I have gone to Member Login screen, type in my name or email in the 1st field. Left the 2nd field blank, then clicked "Authenticate / Log In". I checked my email, but there is no authentication email sent to my email. I'm at a lost for what to do. Please help.

Did you check your spam? It might have gone to your spam mail....

Click on this link CLICK HERE to edit your "signature" for forum messages (at the bottom of the "Profile Information" tab). Please include your club # there in my signature to add your club number to your signature.

Are you a new member? If so your details might not have been added to your club's Membership list, or they might be incorrect. Does your name show in the popup text box as you type your name in? If it does you must select it to make it active. Do you see a message telling you that an email has been sent ?

If you are set up correctly the email will go to your email address as listed on the website. Please check your junk mail folder.

If you provide your first or last name and your club number we might be able to help further. Please add your club number to your profile signature so that you don't have to be asked for that in future. See my signature for instructions on how to do that.

1) please post your club number then we can look to see what the issue is.

2) if you have a login question a name or email address that we would be looking for is always required.

Yes, I have check through the inbox, spam box, trash for all of my email accounts. It is simply not there.

You need to contact your club.The site admin has entered an invalid email address for you.
