Just now, I sent the members of the club a link to open our meeting minutes for 5-13... I have been doing this for the past 6 years without any problem but today after I have sent it and then click on the link I get "forbidden" message to open it. Aida Club 2463.

Fom what I see in your message your link is incorrectly built. It looks like it was doubled up.
