Role/Agenda Item display width too wide

Two things likely going on here.

1. Time column is wider than in Roger's agenda because the time has an extra character (10:00AM)

2. Someone probably put non-breaking spaces (Alt+255) in your role descriptions to prevent them from being wrapped normally. That will mess things up a bit.

Other than that, it is just a matter of how the browser decides to render the table. I do not have any fixed table width percentages in place for the table that I am aware of. In fact, the only place I am aware of column widths being fixed is in the printed agenda to adjust for roster photos vs no roster photos in the 3rd column.

George,

If you don't mind, I'd like to create some test agendas with your club to see if I can make it happen.

I believe that there were "nbsp" characters in the descriptions. That may be what caused my problem.... My Bad, sorry.

Roger,

You may create test agendas on our site. I certainly owe you that. My only concern is that we are new users and it's easy for us to get confused. Please clearly identify your "test" agendas and let me know when you are done.

I do believe the problem was caused by "nbsp" formatting code in the descriptions. My Bad, I apologize for the trouble I've caused.

George

George,

I have FTH AMBASSADOR test in the header area. I will go farther into the future than what you have.

Also, do you have any agendas or templates with the "old" role descriptions?

I deleted all the "troubled" agendas but here's what I think happened....

I used "nbsp;" to create indented lists in some descriptions.... ie:

Club President
nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; 1, Call to Order
nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; 2, Pledge of Allegiance

(removed ampersand before nbsp for illustration in this message)
