When she clicks on the link that comes to her and it takes her to the website; is she going to her profile and making up a password? I have some members having the same problem, however, it is because they are not creating a password when they click on that link and in the website...
I hope this makes sense....
Sit with them the first time and walk them through it, maybe...

This is good information. Perhaps I should not let them be logged in until they set the password.
