My member can't log in

tell her to try typing her complete email address in and then her password... ignore the drop down.

When she clicks on the link that comes to her and it takes her to the website; is she going to her profile and making up a password? I have some members having the same problem, however, it is because they are not creating a password when they click on that link and in the website...

I hope this makes sense....

Sit with them the first time and walk them through it, maybe...

This is good information. Perhaps I should not let them be logged in until they set the password. ;)
