Chartered Club Website Request Authorization

As Area Governor for the new club 4647082 Port City Toastmasters, I am helping them set up their club website through FTH2. The authorization to be web admin went to the club president, Lauren Harrell, lauren.harrrell@bainbridge.edu. She states that the authorization email never arrived. What is the remedy for this situation?
