How to Move an Agenda Item?

Hi There!

I've added a new agenda item to our June 10 meeting and it shows as the last item on the agenda. I've then tried to move it up to its proper location, but it doesn't work the way it used to. In the past, I've clicked on the "pen" icon, then dragged with the mouse the red frame that boxed the agenda item. I can't seem to do it anymore - it only selects the text inside the item's description.

Looks like it works after all. I've tried again, clicking "higher" than before, and it worked just like before. Perhaps bring back the red frame to make it clear where to click&hold.
