One of our members is not receiving any emails from the club website. This is preventing him from resetting his password and getting logged in to the site. He's also not receiving any emails sent to the member distribution address or the "new member welcome" message, which I've sent him several times as a test.
I'm able to send him emails directly. He receives those just fine. Between that and triple-triple verification of the email address entered for him on the club website would seem to indicate that I've correctly entered his email address with no typos on the club website.
He's checked his Spam and Junk mail folders, but emails from the club website are not being redirected there. His email account doesn't block any sender domains.
Thinking that perhaps a non-printing character had gotten embedded in his email address entered on the club website, I deleted his record entirely, then reentered it "fresh". That had no effect. He's still not getting any emails from the club website.
Can you suggest something else we can try on our end? On your end, can you check the server logs to see whether emails to him are being bounced back to you with an indication of why they're being bounced, or otherwise determine what the problem is?
