What can members add to a meeting

Our club is looking for functionality that would allow members to add things to an agenda:
- a word of the day
- a theme

Is there any way for members to add something to an agenda aside from the meeting notes at the bottom?

What about editing agenda items? Is there any way a Toastmaster for a particular to be allowed to edit agenda items (e.g. our club lists the meeting location as an agenda item)?

The Toastmaster of the Meeting, the VP Ed and the admin can all edit the agenda. See this document for additional information:
