new website request--website link doesn't work?

I requested new website for my club:
4667537.toastmastersclubs.org and was given the admin access via email from you.

yet, when I go to the above website, it keeps going back to free toast host general website:

www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/

It won't lead me to the 4667537 website at all to log on?
