As the webmaster for the club, I receive notifications when members request a password reset. One member told me today that she is asked each and every time she wants to sign in as a member to reset her password (and I note that must be true for some other members as well - not all).

What instructions can I give those that are affected so they can remedy this situation? (which I am assuming may have to do with their respective computers...)

Thank you.
