Member Not Receiving Password Reset Email - Request for SMTP Logs

Greetings,

This is is an issue with Columbia Center Club #9521 cctmportland.us

One member from our club, Paul H., continually resets his password from the login page, but never received the email notification.

As the admin, I do receive a notification from the system each time he attempts this.

His email address is paul.hansen@gmx.com

He attempted 4 times today at the following times (US PDT)
5:40 pm
5:42 pm
5:44 pm
9:45 pm

He tells me this has been a problem in the past as well, I see two attempts on Sept. 19 and one on August 15

Can you verify the password resent notifications are going through, being accepted by his ISP?

If so can you provide some SMTP log which I can give to him to follow up with his provider, please?

He gets the emails sent to the membership and to the club officer distribution list just fine. It's just the password reset emails that aren't making it to him.

Yeah, there is a problem with his email ... connection attempt is timing out.

Thank you for your assistance earlier.

The club member contacted their ISP provider and then forwarded the email communication to me.

I think there is a need for the admin for Free Toasthost to communicate with them.

Please review and let me know if there is some action I need to take.

Please have them try now, GMX.com host with a datacenter that allows spammers and their mail IP was blocked.
