Adding Link to pdf document on Home Page

Club 4939.
Hi there,
I would like to add a link to a new pdf document I created to show Monthly Role Assignment Schedule. I would like to add this link on the Main Page under 'Members Only'. I know I can add it under 'Member Downloads' but I don't want it there. I want to create a new File called 'Monthly Schedule'.
How can I do this?

Upload it to member downloads and then create another page with a link of there.
