How do I give website access to a District person who is mentoring our club so they can log in sign up for an agenda task. They are not members so I cannot add them under the "members" section but I have added them into "Friends/Affliate" section. Is this correct?

You can add them as a member, FTH is not part of Toastmasters International and does not have any way to validate membership.
