Club Calendar event removal

Hi
is there any way to remove event from the club calendar originally put there by a different member?
I can delete events I am "the owner' of but how can I remove incorrect events I am not the owner of?
The "owner" is not available to log in and delete them.

Your site administrator (Mariana) should be able to remove them.

Indeed..that would be ideal.
However, I am the (new) site administrator for the club. Hence my need to amend the calendar.
Any suggestions on how a site administrator can remove items posted by previous administrator?

If they added as the admin, then you as admin can remove those entries.
