Admin info for suspended clubs

I am the PRM for our District. How do I get the admin login and password info for a club in our District that has been suspended? We would like to post a note redirecting visitors to a nearby club's website until the end of the suspension period and closure of the club.

It would have to be one of the club officers or TI would have to ask us to close the site.

What is the club number?

There are actually 6 clubs. I will attempt to contact the former officers first and see what I can get.
