Hi there,

I'm the area director for Area M21 in District 73. One of my clubs, Pushing the Envelope (976095), recently changed their name to Smashing the Envelope. I'm about to run a PR campaign, and I'm trying to update their FreeToastHost website. It's still showing the old name, and needs updating, but none of the members seem to know the login password.

Also, I'm looking at using the domain name of www.smashing.org.au

Can you tell me what I need to do?

Thanks,

Cleo

You need to first purchase the domain name then add it in the admin section

You need to request a password reset and possibly an admin reset too, if your admin is no longer in the club

Domain name: support.toastmastersclubs.org/component/...ns-settings-overview

Admin access: support.toastmastersclubs.org/component/...m/administrator-info
