Auto Fill TM role is wrong was created by cannister49622
Hello Free Toast Hosters! Thank you for being here for our help. On our agenda's, as I'm sure is norm, once a member is filled for Toastmaster the role is then auto filled at the bottom of the agenda. However, we have noticed an issue where all of our agenda's have a wrong auto filled name. Poor Charlotte!! What have I done, or what can I do to correct this?
Thank you

it is not clear what you are referring to. Could you please post a screen capture of what you referring to?

I have attached a scanned copy of one of the agendas. Hopefully it will be viewable for you. As you can see, at the top of the agenda, our Toastmaster for the evening is "Bonnie Kissam", however at the bottom of the agenda, in the area where her name should be auto filled, it is listed as "Charlotte Stewart". Furthermore, most of our agenda's list Charlotte as the Toastmaster in the auto fill area, regardless of who has been selected to be Toastmaster for the evening. Not sure how I could have managed this! Help!! :)

Ok, that is easy. ;)

What I can see from what you provided is that the roles are not exactly the same. You may see that Toastmaster and ToastMaster are the same roles, but the computer code considers them different (different case M).

Additionally, In order to fill in the same name for a role in different places in the agenda, you need to look into keywording the role with asterisks, which is what tips off the code that the roles should be considered to be equivalent with the same person being assigned to both instances. However, even with keywording, what is inside the asterisks must be exactly the same for feature to work correctly. In this case, even if you keyworded both roles, it would still be wrong unless you fixed the letter case to be consistent.

Since you provided a printout, and not a screen capture as I requested  , I cannot see if you actually have keyworded the roles.
