FILE UPLOAD not working

I cannot get the file upload feature to work properly, something I've been doing successfully for years!

First it appends some strange things to the front of the file

MY NAME> VE_AGENDA_Template_2015_06 (a simple doc file)

PRESENTED NAME> _pvmd_g1_5736_VE_AGENDA_Template_2015_06.doc

Then it will not keep the file.

Even if I rename it, it will not stay.

Now I see a msg that work is being do on the server.... wondering if that is part of the problem or if I am doing something wrong.

"Doing work on the server" ... That is just the default server error message.
It does not mean I am actually doing work on the server (I am not).

I was able to upload a file using your website file manager without any issues.

Please click the reload link at the bottom of your screen in case it is a outdated javascript caused issue.

I've done the reload and still no luck.
I'll reboot here and see if that helps.

OK - rebooting everything here seemed to work. Thanks for the assist.
