Hello. I need some suggestions please.?

When I enter a new members email address, the system seems to automatically change the upper case letters (FF) in the email address to lower case.(ff) . It does this no matter where I try to enter the new address...quick add, prospect.
The member does not get emails from the club website, even though I get a "mail sent" report.

E mails to the member from my own email using the upper case FF letters in their email address does get to the member.

Any advice?...Thanks in advance
Sean

Valid email address only have lower case letters, all email server convert them to lower case for processing.

We just do the conversion up front.

No emails have been sent to Flora I checked the email logs for last 3 weeks.

I send her a welcome email from the system and it went through correctly, as her to check her spam box if she didn't receive.
