Software error for member/mentor report

FTH coughed this morning. Logged in as admin and at the Membership Management screen. No records selected via LH check box. Via Membership Tools menu I chose Membership Reports then Members & Their Mentors and received the error below.

Software error:

GetRowsAsArrays_DBI[MEMBERS](Callers=>main::GetRowsAsArrays_MembersDB>main::MembershipReports): Unable to execute query: [SELECT NAME,EMAIL,MENTORS FROM MEMBERS WHERE CLUBNUMBER = '9376' and DATEDELETED=0 and ROLESTATUS NOT IN ('friend','prospect','guest','former') and and MEMBERID in (00130236) ORDER BY NAME (Bind Values=)] Error=[You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'and MEMBERID in (00130236) ORDER BY NAME' at line 1]

Without checking every character, it looks like they're the same message.
