Ok, but when you switched to the new officers in MM, you should have used the pop-up lists to change the officer designations. If you instead typed in the names of the new officers in the MM cells, you could very well have mangled things. That is the only thing I can think of that would have caused this, since the photos are tied to the internal tracking number for a person, not their name or email. (Done that way on purpose.) If you typed the new officer's names in the cells, you probably have the role history messed up for them, also.
