Club Calendar Meeting Times Are Off #2

I am a new administrator. Our meeting times are incorrect on the calendar. I didn't set the meeting agendas. Please be very specific in your instructions on how to correct the times that appear in our calendar. Thank you.

If the meeting times are wrong on the calendar but correct on the agendas all you need to do is open each agenda, change to edit mode (pencil icon) and press the save button.

There was a system problem for agendas created before the last DST change came into effect, but it has been corrected for new agendas created since the fix was put in place.

The times for January are now incorrect, but the other months are fine. What changed?

What time zone are you in? Your Cub Time Zone (Admin console / Basic Settings) is set to Canada / Central. I think you should be Canada / Eastern. Also make sure that the computer you are working on has the same time zone setting.

I'm not sure why some of your meeting times are different, unless some were saved with different time zone settings or from different computers.

Once you've changed the settings you'll have to save the agendas again to synchronize them.
