I am the admin of gespeaks.toastmastersclubs.org/ . Our member Devin Jenkins forgot his password and followed the "Forgotten Password" instructions and did not receive the one-time password email. I did followed the same steps for "forgotten password" and received the one-time password which I then changed.

What can I do for him to get his new password?

I see emails sent to Devin, so you could have Devin check his junk folder(s). Also, because his primary email is corporate, your IT department may have to white list toastmastersclubs.org.

Devin has 2 emails listed, but does not have the emails going to the secondary email.

1) please always provide your club number.

2) Tell him to check his junk/spam box. His email server is accepting the emails. If not there he will have to talk to GE
