New VP of Education cannot edit items on the website

Hello. New VP of Education cannot make changes on agendas. His name has been updated as new officer on Toastmaster Org site, however the changes are not reflected on the club website. How can I change it to match the new officer list on main site?
Anything else I should do, so that he can make revisions of agenda and send mass emails to the members?

The FreeToastHost club website is not connected to the Toastmasters International site. Go into member management on the club site and assign them as the VP-Ed

Well, first of all, you need to provide the correct club number to us... Please put it in your forum signature. See the link in my sig for that.

Anyone with admin password or an officer assigned access to Membership Management can do the update.
