One of our new District officers has tried to log into the Members Only section for the first time. He went through the steps to have a password sent to him, but did not receive anything (after repeatedly checking spam/junk). Because of an error message he received later that day, he came to this site to set up an account. It was already set up, it told him, and when he attempted to change that password, he received: "Reset password failed: This user is blocked. If this is an error, contact an administrator." which, of course, he cannot do because he can't get logged into an account he didn't originally set up. It's kind of like a big circle. I'm the new web manager and would appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks.

Sorry -- I'm new at this and learning rapidly. My name is Barbara Weisenberger and this is for the District 35 website -- my club number is 6173 (but this is not for the Club website, rather the District 35 website).

The member's name is Kevin Iuliano (Kevin.Iuliano@harley-davidson.com) and this is for the District 35 website.

Is it possible that when I recorded his name and email address under Membership Management, that not being able to use Upper and Lower case characters is causing his email address to not work? I did go back in and noticed in Membership Management that it is all lower case and I deleted that and re-entered his information being sure to capitalize the initial letters of his name, and it switches it to all lower case when I save it. Thanks.

Member login: During times of high load, just type in your member email address and do not wait for the drop down.
