Hi!

I would like to know how to edit our meeting agendas to reflect the names of the new officers. Currently, the agendas show the old Sergeant at Arms and President names on every agenda. I tried making the change to one agenda and saving it as the new template but that did not work.

Would you please provide the steps that I need to follow to update our agenda template?

You have a lot of future dated agendas. Unfortunately, you will have to go through each of those and update them manually.

Updating the template just changes the "starting material" for the agendas. It does not change existing dated agendas.
