Floater Message - non member

I've changed the text in the floater message, saved the changes, and now it is no longer appearing at the top of my web page. I have reloaded the page, closed the page and opened it in a new tab, closed the browser (Firefox) and then re-opened the browser, loaded it in a different browser (Google) .... and still there is no floater message. Please help.

It works for me.

Closing the tab and reopening it will not work. You need to close your browser, wait a minute, and then reopen it.

Also, you can see it by just clearing your cookies for your website.
