Meeting Agenda - "Unable to Attend"

Every time a member in our club fills out the "unable to attend meeting" role... EVERY SINGLE one of the same field is automatically completed. Can anyone explain what I need to do (as the club webmaster) to fix this?

You have to make all the entries unique using the #1 #2 #3

Thanks... that made sense. I have gone into our agenda and created a new role #1 Unable to Attend, #2 Unable to Attend, etc. Then I deleted the old ones. Hopefully this will do the trick.

What's odd is in the past, it worked before with no number listed. Since I am the new web developer, I am trying to learn it all on my own with no training.
