Member Cannot Login Because of Cookies

This is beyond my knowledge level so I seeking advice. He is the only member is reporting this issue. Thank you.

I am following the instructions, but I still can't get in. When I get to
the authentication link, I try to enter a password, and that's where I get
stuck. The message says "It looks like your system is not accepting
cookies. You need to accept cookies to use this website. Please refer to
this FAQ."

My system IS accepting cookies. There is a cookie from
toastmastersd11.org on my system. When I click the link to the FAQ, it
tells me I am not authorized to use the page.

Any suggestions?

It does not matter whether he things that his system is accepting cookies or now. What matters is what the code thinks as to whether it can set a cookie or not. There is a solid test for that, and it is apparently not passing for this member.
