Speech manual(s) & speech title(s) not printing on agendas

On the past 2 agendas, speech manual(s) & speech title(s) are not printing on agendas.

1)Yes, it was printing Manuals & Speech Titles 3 weeks before ,without a problem.

I am Website Admin and (incoming) VP of ED, so I assume it was something I checked or unchecked.

Can anyone offer me guidance?

It seems that the details only print if a speech title has been entered.
