group email "CC Toastmasters on behalf of...."sender's name isn't right

If an officer sends a group email, sometimes the header says from that Officer, sometimes from our old administrator. We didn't have this problem until this year's Officer changeover. So what did we hit, click on, move, etc. to make it do this, and how do we reset it so the sender is correctly identified? Thanks. Steve in MA

It is not us, it is your email provider caching display names... you will need to create a contact entry in your email contacts for the server to correct it.
