How to add new members and email address to Club Website? please

Dear Free ToastHost
I am the out-going VPPE for our Toastmasters Club, and the Clubs' website administrator.
I would like to 'add' new members but unsure how I do this when in the 'membership management' subsite of the website.
can you please advise me how I add new members email contact details?
