Custom Page Not Available

Ok. I will do some research, but let me know as soon as the issue returns.

The problem just returned. This time, instead of being on the "upcoming roles" custom page, it is now happening on the "member videos" and "membership support" pages. What the heck? Maddening for us and for you! Can we take a fresh look at what is going on. It makes no sense that we are the only club experiencing this. Maybe most clubs don't use custom pages and thus haven't discovered the issue? I'm going to change the name of the "member videos" page because we need access to that tonight. We have learned that changing the name of the page works. I'll leave the other page alone for your testing.

The problem continues. For different users on different computers. I've been playing a game of "change-the-page-name" to tap dance around this, but it is extremely frustrating and disruptive. Can someone please help?

Another club member who works in IT reported that he is experiencing the problem in IE but not in Firefox. Hope this helps anyone attempting to resolve this issue with custom pages not showing and redirecting the browser to the home page.

Once again, I will say this is a cookie problem, please make sure the IE cookies are set to this Doc.

Thanks Brian. I have already included screenshots of the cookie settings and followed all instructions (on my computer). That does not seem to solve the problem. Today, the problem is not happening for me, or else I would be willing to show you or anyone else what is happening. If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I would not believe it. As soon as it reoccurs on my computer, I'm happy to show it to anyone that wants to see it.
