Old Meeting Notes Reappearing

After new agendas are created, we are seeing old meeting notes reappearing. They are ascribed to past members, so that's how we know they're old. Is there any way to remove them?

Yes there is, but I want to find out why that is happening first.

We have a meeting note for our 1/24/17 meeting that I suspect was first posted on 1/24/06. My theory is that once the month/day for a new meeting agenda matches an old agenda month/day, they reappear.

Not likely... more likely that they are getting copied when you use an old agenda as a template for a new one.

As far as I can tell, we have only 1 template titled "Regular Meeting" that is used to create new meeting agendas. I will confirm.
