Mentor reports?

Hello,

This is what I found during my search. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/assigning-mentors I already figured out how to assign a mentor to each person and notify them of who their partners are. I can't figure out how to view a master list or run a report on who is assigned to whom. I'm sure it's user error but can someone please guide me?

Also I entered my signature information but when I sent the emails it didn't attach.

These are publicly view-able forums, so you should *never* put any kind of contact information in public posts--you are inviting spam and other unwanted communications. Only convey that via private message, only if needed. In any case, any of the forum admins can get your email address if needed.

To your question, the report you are after is part of the Membership Reports feature on the tools drop-down in Membership Management.

Steve, I didn't realize "Membership Reports" is where to find that. I got it to work. Now I can see who I need to remove because they have lapsed or dropped out. Much thanks.

My .jpg wasn't saving properly. I thought it would be upright. I resaved it and it appears to have worked. Thanks

You still have your email address and cell phone number showing.

So odd. I relooked at my signature and it looked like my phone and email address had disappeared. I need to leave so I will have to fix it later.

The photo was an issue with how it saved on my end. It's fixed now.
