Reset Website PW & Initial Startup

Can someone reset a FTH website that was never setup proplerly. I am supporting our D42 clubs with their FTH website and do NOT want to post the club name or number here.

Can you contact me privately please ?

The club is in control of their website. We don't deal with third parties.
Have the club follow these instructions.
Changing site administrators when the previous one is no longer available

As we have no club number to refer to, we cannot look and see what problems there are.

We do no do private support.
We do not do support without a club number.
The site admin should be the one contacting us if they have issues after reading the documentation on this site.

Can someone in support help me please? Sarah, the admin (she gets the pw reset, but when she goes to login, she does not see her name in the pulldown and therefore cannot login ;(

Club 1341421 has no members on the FreeToastHost Membership Management database. This is not linked to the TI database. See here for how to add members: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...hip-management-index

At this stage Sarah can log in as admin and add members as well as access all of the admin features.
