I just need to see a clear article or some instructions on how to set up the free toast host emails.

Start with Membership Management - this is where you add members, assign officer roles and create/edit custom groups if required: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...ip-panel#add-members .

The email and contact forms module is where you can adjust settings, veiw the system provided emails (as set up in Membership Management) and assign members to receive contact messages support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms
