Delete PDF from main Menue - Club website

Club 2982.
I need to delete a PDF article (Club Compendium) from the Main Menu and replace with an updated Word document.
Assistance appreciated.

1) Do not use word documents as most people do not have MsWord, use PDF as the reader is free
