Linking Tab to Document in Member Downloads

I do not quite understand how I can link a tab in the menu dropdown to a PDF located in the "Member Downloads" tab. I know how to do it with content inside a custom page, but, in this case, I want clicking the tab to take the user directly to said PDF. I'm scratching my head, at the moment. Please see the attached image.

Thank you for the support!

Also open up the "more" link at the top of any custom page in edit mode:
Code:
Create as many custom web pages / links as you like. Be sure to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the window to save all changes. ▼ More ▼
I think that will explain exactly what you're looking for

I figured it out; however, there were a few times where the system would not let me save my changes unless I entered text into the webpage description and then finally it saved without text. Strange.
