Though I unticked the Menu Links in the Appearance tab, they do not appear. As an example, Meet Our Members and Contact Us Menu Links does not appear in the Main Page.

You don't have any club members on your website database. There is no direct link between TI and your FreeToastHost website - you need to add your members manually. Please read the membership documentation available from this link: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...hip-management-index
Once you have members who make their profiles public or are assigned to respond to contact form enquiries, the relevant menu items will be accessible.

Same reason - there are no members to contact.
