how can I change our website navigation menu?

Hello! I am a VP of Advanced Expressions Toastmaster and I have a question. How can I change our website navigation menu? Could you please help us with this?

I attached the current website image here. Under the website title, on the left top corner, there is the main menu section. That's what we want to change. Specifically, we want to make a new “gallery” tab perhaps under “contact us”

The website allows the site admin to add or remove pre-loaded menu bar items such as calendar, public downloads, etc. However, the gallery is not one of them.
