I would like to change my member login password on 21.toastmastersclubs.org/ for myself (Haokun Luo). I didn't find any link to do that. Could you help me out here?

Just follow the same process as for a forgotten password: select your name from the dropdown list, but leave the password field blank.
Click the authenticate/login button and you'll receive an email with instructions to set a "new" password.
