Cannot request a website, club number not recognized

Our club is Martin Marietta, number 7811550. When I try to request a site, I get an error message regarding the number. We are a new club as of last fall. Wondering if we have not been entered into the club rolls somewhere.

club 7811550 is not found on find a club, it is the only place we can verify if a club exists.
You did not provide your district, so i can't even verify the number on the District reports.
