Attempting to request website, but no email reply received after acknowledgement

Hi, over the past week I've been attempting to request permissions to setup a website for the Milton Park Toastmasters in Abingdon, UK (Club number 06870121, District 91, Area J22).

However, and although the email address associated with the club on the TMI website is correct, on each occasion I've only received an automated email response back ("Your request has been received and is pending authorization. You will receive an e-mail as soon as it is approved or denied"), without any further response coming.

Can you suggest what needs to be done to advance this request?
