3341 Cannot Reset Site Administrator Password

Hello. I am the administrator for our website and forgot my password. I requested the reset, and received the email (a few times.) I cleared my cookies and used Firefox and Chrome to try to reset my password so I could login to my club's website. I received the same error in both browsers. The error is.

You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
You are no longer logged in. Please log in again.

Did I overlook something?

Make sure you only have one request active at a time - delete all previous request acknowledgements - only the latest one will work.

Thanks for the response. I deleted all of the previous requests I requested a new reset and used the URL in the last email. I had the same result. The error message said I was not logged in.

Did I somehow set a flag to always keep me logged out?

We wouldn't want to keep you logged out!
When you say you cleared tour cookies - I presume you mean you cleared your cache, and that your cookies are enabled

Are you able to try logging in from a different device?

I was clearing everything including the cache.

I just tried to change my password from a different computer, and I was successful.
