Not able to reset admin password

We lost our VP of public relations last year. I recently asked to be added as the admin of our account and was able to log in once. I changed the password, but nothing I enter seems to be working.

I log in as myself and after not being able to log in as the admin, I request a password reset. From the email I get, I click the link and follow the instructions to reset my password, but every time I hit Submit/Save, I get an error message telling me I'm not logged in.

It shows me as logged in before I launch the admin console, but as soon as I get the error message, the page reloads and I've been logged out.

Can someone reset our password so we can get in - club # 7692356

Nancy,

I made a small code tweak... Would you be willing to try doing the password reset on your system to see if you are still encountering an issue after clicking the link in the email? It would really help me get this sorted out so that it does not happen to other people.

Hi Steve -

I did another password reset and am experiencing the same issue. When I try to enter a new password and save it, I get the error message that I've been logged out. I think the only change I see is that previously the page would refresh and I would see that I was logged out. Now it still shows me logged in on the side.

Nancy, thanks for your reply and your willingness to work with us on this. We are looking over our system logs and our system code to get some clues as to what is going on. I may need some more information from you and your browser/computer.. I will get back to you on that.

I wanted to reply to you so you know we are looking at this... I may want to Private Message you to look into this more closely with you if you are ok with that.
