Marissa Smithwick <mlsmithwick@lbl.gov> cannot set her password for any of her three clubs on FTH. She has to get the temporary pass-through each time. She accepted cookies and didn't see any other prompts

We are Berkeley Communicators 677. She has tried different browsers.

Do you have any suggestions? Thank you. Shifra Gaman

Well, fortunately for us, I have a brand spanking new system support tool (a new log and log search) to help with just this sort of thing. B)

When I search for Marissa in our Login/Authentication log, I come up with the following below... What I am seeing is that the system did not like the password she attempted to set. Because of that, the system did not allow her in.
Code:
[2021/02/08 18:38:21/IP=131.243.146.165/Club=677] Member Login for (Marissa Smithwick, ACS ALB) FAILED (password incorrect). Member Session ID=[ ] [2021/02/08 18:38:34/IP=131.243.146.165/Club=677] Member Password Reset Link sent by email for (Marissa Smithwick, ACS ALB). Steve,

That was the trick! It is lucky for us too that you have that software. She did get in. Thank you so much.

Now she wants to know if there are more than one ways to set the password other than this one.

If this is your first time logging in, or if you forgot your password, just select your name / username above, then click Authenticate / Login below without entering a password. A link will be e-mailed to you to set your password.
Is this the only way to reset my password? Thanks for your assistance.
