Hi,
we having issue sending emails to members@atlantamastercrafters.com. Somewhere these emails are getting lost. I did not get any errors either. Please advise.

You have a DNS issue. You need to add an A record to map the mail server address to the server's IP address. Essentially, any mail you are trying to send currently via your custom domain is going into a black hole. ;)

Add:
mail.atlantamastercrafters.com A 50.19.253.65
