There were two people on our club whose email addresses were reset to a generic "noemail toastmasters account". These emails were reset in the Membership Management page. However we are still getting the error email, when we try and send emails to the membership.
The two people are Leon Harari and Robyn Bavati
The sample email we are getting is:
From: FreeToastHost Server <server@toastmastersclubs.org>
Sent: Thursday, 25 February 2021 5:54 PM
To: heb48@optusnet.com.au
Subject: [FreeToastHost] Message Not Delivered: Southern Division Contest | 28-Feb-21 |
robynbavati@gmail.com was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times. Please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message for more information.

You should always include your club number when posting support requests.
Names don't help for this... need both email addresses. We need to reset the bounce counts.
If an email address is "bounced out", you cannot just put their email address back into membership management. That is by design. We track number of bounces by email address in an internal db table. That is why you are getting the error message.
Have you looked into why the emails sent to them from the FTH server were bouncing?

Looks like those 2 email addresses are on the contact form/email and were spammed and gmail stopped the emails causing the bounce error.
I have reset the bounce count and the emails should work now.
