Club Mailing List cannot send to email even though email is subscribed

Our member email list members-1334399@toastmastersclubs.org includes the following email address as this member has opted in to our list and is a paid member in the club: patricia.otto@web.de

This email is not on any blacklist; however, every time we send an email to members-1334399@toastmastersclubs.org, we get a bounce back from this member's email.

Can you assist?
